The cleat is 1-1/4" x 7/8" thickness hardwood
Face of bed rails is MAPLE
Boring: inside holes are 1" inch diameter - spread is 2-3/4"

LAMINATED HARDWOOD & DETAILS
Bed rails are made of laminated engineered wood, 7 layers of wood, layers are compressed in a heated glued process creating a strong bond.
Bed rails are top & bottom edgebanded in maple, fully sanded with trimmed smooth edges.
The cleats are notched/machined, pre-drilled, glued and fastened with 9) #8 x 1-1/2" screws per rail.
Bed rails are fully sanded and ready for either paint or stain.
Please note: bed rails must be installed with center supports.
