More information about vintage smocked exquisite baby dress.

This dress is just so precious! It has been packed away for such a long time but now looking for a newly-released home. It has been freshly washed. It is missing the middle button in the back of the dress. I feel it may be handmade as I can not find a tag. The front of the dress has sweet little birds embroidered on it. The sleeves have petite elastic but not much elasticity left. I feel this dress may be from the 60's or 70's but I'm not 100% not sure. The smocking at the top with the delicate lace is so elegant.
I do not see any stains or tears on the dress at entire. only the missing button. From the top shoulder seam to the bottom of the dress measures about 12.5 inches.
The dress is from a smoke and pet no-cost home. Have a magnificent day.
