The items in this collection are inspired by Frank Frazzetta's painting "Dark Kingdom", 1979, oil on canvas.
The figurine was fabricated in 1999 as part of a Master Artist Series by N2 toys. This item was one in a series of 9 collectors figures inspired by the masterpieces of Frank Frazzetta, with this figure titled as "Dark Kingdom". Despite being out of its original packaging this piece is in outstanding condition and displays fine artistic details typical of collectors figures of the 1990s.
The second item in the set is a vinyl LP press of Molly Hatchet's, "Flirtin' with Disaster", published 1979, Epic records. Frank Frazzetta's masterpiece works were used as cover art for several of Molly Hatchet's album covers and Frank Frazzetta is cited on this piece as a contributor to the work. The Lp cover and inside dust jacket are in good condition, and the lp plays wonderfully. A wall mountable LP picture frame is included with this item.
