This book mostly is a Hercules story and also involves Ares, Kratos, and Bia and leads into Avengers 100. There are also Skrulls present in the flashback and our buddy Rick Jones is around too. Besides Hercules, the Avengers roster comprises of Thor, Captain America, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, the Vision, Goliath / Hawkeye (he is both in this book), and Iron Man.

Cover date is May 1972 and written by Roy Thomas and illustrated by Barry Smith and Tom Sutton with a Buscema cover. Please see the pictures for assorted cover blemishes and a tiny fold in the upper right and corner. This book has some concerns near the lower border and I believe it has some humidity damage and it appears wavy but no water damage.
