This is a Sov. cut and sew tunic with overlapping pleated ruffles.
There is a small black spot on the front right ruffle, but it is hidden by the upper ruffle, so I don't think it's a problem. Please check the photos. Otherwise, there is some minor wear, but no noticeable scratches or stains, and it is in good condition.
