In fair condition. iPad has a superficial dent to the back and an insignificant chip to the corner. See pics, neither affect performance. Pencil is in rough shape, probably needs new tip, and connector is a little loose, but it works fine, just dont sit on it. Running IOS 16.7.10 but probably needs to be updated.Comes with keyboard folio cover , however, the keyboard seems to only work intermittently. Someone might be able to fix this easily, but that’s beyond me.
